Driverless cars are an intriguing idea, but I think there are way too many outstanding questions and issues that haven’t been resolved for it to ever be adopted in the near future on a broad scale. The keyword here is “baby steps.” I suggest those involved take a specific test case, and try to work it all the way through. For instance, they could try a driverless shuttle at airports. Can they safely and quickly get passengers (and all their stuff) from the terminal and the parking
